Will the person know I found their post?

No. Cluedog only reads what is public, and nothing reaches them until you reply yourself.

What if nothing passes my bar?

Then the list is empty that day. The near misses wait underneath, each with the rule it missed, and you can loosen the bar whenever you like.

I sell more than one thing.

Each offering gets its own searches, its own bar and its own list. You switch between them from the top of the page.

How much does it cost?

Nothing during early access, with no credit limits and no card. Paid plans come later; we will email you well before, and you will start with a free trial.

Cluedog counts credits as your searches run, when it looks up who wrote a post, and when you draft a reply or proposal with AI. During early access they are counted, not charged: Billing shows what your setup would use.

Every search is listed with how often it runs. Switch any of them off, or add your own.

Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Ashok Kumar Vishwakarma, who runs Cluedog ("Cluedog", "we"), for using cluedog.com and app.cluedog.com. By creating an account or using Cluedog, you agree to them. If you use Cluedog for a company, you agree for that company.

1. What Cluedog does

Cluedog reads public posts on platforms such as Reddit, Hacker News, X, LinkedIn and Facebook, finds people asking for what you sell, scores them against what you told us, and helps you prepare replies, briefs and proposals with AI. You decide whether and how to contact anyone; Cluedog never posts, comments or sends messages for you.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
Owners and admins of an account can buy credits and change its plan; members can use it.
One free trial is given per company. Creating extra accounts to get more free credits is not allowed, and we may remove credits obtained that way.

3. Credits, plans and payment

Credits are spent as your searches run, when Cluedog looks up who wrote a post, and when you draft with AI. The app shows what your setup uses a day and where every credit went.
Early access: while Cluedog is in early access, it is free and credits are counted but not charged. We will email account owners at least 14 days before paid plans start for their account, and each company then starts with a free trial.
Plans give a set number of credits each month and a number of offerings that can run at once. Plan credits last until the end of that month's period and do not roll over. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.
Top-ups add credits that do not expire while your account is open. How many credits a pack gives depends on your plan when you buy it.
Prices are in Indian rupees and are exactly what you pay. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is added. Payments are taken by Razorpay, and we issue a receipt for each one.
Renewals: a plan renews every month on the same day and is charged to the payment method you set up, until you cancel. Nothing else is charged automatically.
Upgrades start immediately at the new plan's full price; your old plan's remaining credits stay until its period ends. Downgrades start when the current period ends.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan and its credits last until the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for refunds.
When credits run out, searches and AI drafts pause; your leads and data stay. We may change prices or credit costs for future periods and purchases, with notice by email.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Cluedog to:

Send spam, harass anyone, or contact people in ways the platform where they posted does not allow.
Break any law, including data protection, anti-spam and consumer protection laws, or the rules of the platforms Cluedog reads.
Collect personal data for sale, build profiles of individuals unrelated to selling your services, or target anyone because of a protected characteristic.
Copy, resell or share Cluedog or its results as a competing service, or overload, probe or reverse engineer it.

How you reach out to a lead is your decision and your responsibility. Be honest about who you are and what you offer.

5. Your content and ours

What you put into Cluedog (offerings, notes, drafts you edit) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI and data providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Cluedog itself, including the software, design and brand, belongs to us. Public posts belong to their authors and are shown to help you find them.

6. AI output and leads

Scores, author reads, replies, briefs and proposals are generated with AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on or send them. We do not promise any number of leads, replies or sales; results depend on what people post and how you follow up.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Cluedog running, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by problems with the platforms and providers it depends on. We may change or remove features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan gives you, we will tell you and you may cancel.

8. Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using Cluedog and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we reasonably can. On closing, unused credits lapse except as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. Liability

Cluedog is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used Cluedog in breach of these terms or the law (for example, how you contacted a lead), you will cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be heard by the courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh. Before going to court, please write to us; most problems are solved quickly that way.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will email account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Cluedog after that means you accept them.
